Refunds & Exchanges
Receive a full refund or exchange within 30 days of a unused candle. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase and/or the product has been used, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We will exchange candles that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Candles purchased online may be returned to us via the shipping expense of the client. The return will be issued to the card used to purchase the candle once we receive the item.
You will receive an email once we have received & inspected your returned item. You will be notified if the refund will be approved or rejected. If your refund is approved the funds will be put back on your original form of payment within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Sale items are final and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

If you enter your shipping information incorrectly and the items are returned to us you are eligible for a refund on the candles in the order. Shipping costs will not be refunded
